Describe a little about yourself: I have been in the Air Force and West Virginia ANG for 30 years as an F-4 Crew Chief and C-130 and C-5 Flight Engineer.

What brought you to this site:: my son is recently enlisted

Please feel free to look around the site and get involved with the groups and discussions that are going on. Maybe start one of your own. I have two sons and both of them are in the military. My oldest joined the Navy and is stationed on the USS Abraham Lincoln CVN 72. My youngest joined the Air Force 5 years ago, and is stationed at Seymour Johnson AFB N.C. Please thank Geoffrey for his service to this great country from an old Vietnam Vet. Thank you for your service to this great country as well. Thank you for raising a fine young man.
I served in the Air Force from 71 to 75 as a weapons mechanic on the F-4.

The C-5 is so much fun! I'm here in tech school. X-x; the only girl in the program here at follow on. But Great instructors and a good group of people.
