Proud Father Of an Airman

Well My Daughter has been active duty now for over a year.  As far as assignments go she couldn't have gotten a better first assignment.  Hill AFB, Utah.   I have had a chance to fly out there several times over the past year and It is a paradice base to be stationed at.  SKIING, Hiking, Mountains,  and for anybody that loves the outdoors this place is it.  The base has an awesome Museum ritch in AF history with tons of static displays. 

I somewhat miss my Active duty days and over the past few months have hooked up with many of my fellow enlisted friends on Face Book.  I even was contated by my Tech School Roommate that is retiring at the end of the month.  I am honored to have served with so many and proud of all that serve their country.
